Dr. Stine has been a professor of chemistry at Salish Kootenai College since 2011 and is in charge of the Organic and Environmental Analysis Lab. He graduated with a BS in Chemistry from Eastern Illinois University and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Montana. After graduate school he worked as a post doc working with fisheries byproducts for the USDA in Alaska. Jesse is chair elect of the Montana section of the American Chemical Society. His research interests are in the detection and quantification of environmental contaminants.
